Who are we looking for?
This person needs to speak English and other European language on at least C1 level, because he or she will provide support and guidance to other users. Basically you will mostly be in touch with external clients. That is why you must know Windows environment quite well and have great communication skills.
To be successful in this recruitment process show us that you are inquisitive and have investigative attitude.
Individuals who have previous experience working in IT Helpdesk area will have additional advantage.
