We have over 16 years of experience on the Polish market where we own brands: Labolatoria Polfa - Lodz, Alugastrin, URGO, Humer, and we are the exclusive distributor of dermo-cosmetics laboratories Uriage, Auriga and also one of the leaders at Polish Aesthetic Medicine market with our distribution brands: NeoStrata, Mesoestetic and Merz Aesthetic. Since 2016 we are also a strong player at Polish advanced wound healing market with our URGO TUL solution for patiens.

Job description:
- Administrating operating systems (Windows 7, 10, Windows Server 2008/2012);
- Administrating network (LAN & WIFI);
- Administrating and monitoring ICT security systems to protect against attacks and threats;
- Administrating server (access permission and privilege);
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of server infrastructure landscape (data center and e-mail system);
- Managing devices such as PC, laptop, printer, tablets, mobile, server, teleconference devices (Software updates, remote maintenance, replacement of hardware components etc.)
- Managing software such as Cloud device anti-virus, SQL manager, SAP
- Managing back-up (strategy, capacity planning, recovery plan)
- Supporting end users in daily IT activities;
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of computer hardware and mobile devices;
- IT asset management (purchasing / budget preparation…);
- Managing contract within IT suppliers (recommendation / tender / negotiation)
- Taking active role in Global Projects with IT components such as office move, SAP implementation, EDI implementation etc.
Requirements:
- High education, preferably from IT or technical area
- Min. 1-2 years of IT admistration experience in international company
- Knowledge of TCP / IP, LAN / WAN, network services, DHCP, DNS;
- Ability to communicate with other teams/departments
- Ability to time management and prioritization;
- Independence and responsibility;
- Fortinet network configuration experience;
- Experience in working with SharePoint (+);
- Knowledge of MS Exchange 2010 mail system and Windows Active Directory services;
- Language: fluent in Polish and English ( min. B2 level) and French will be the asset
