IT Specialist
For our client, leading provider of translation, online marketing and application testing solutionswe are currently seeking Candidates for the position of IT Specialist
Holding the position of IT Specialist, you will be responsible forproviding first level technical support for corporate users and external customers, corporate system administration, network and systems monitoring, performing periodical maintenance tasks and following defined procedures and processes.
To be successful in this role you need to havestrong IT awareness and technical acumen, English proficiency (particularly in writing), ability to work various shifts in 24/7 support model, strong knowledge of MS OS and applications, customer orientation and focus on excellence.
Ideal candidate should additionally havebasic knowledge of Active Directory and MS Exchange, network environment understanding, experience in a remote support environment, Business English certificate.
