IT Specialist PAP
Location: Poznan
Job type: B2B contract (via HAYS)
Responsibilities:
- Provision/de-provision of computer privileged access to all companies computing platforms globally and associated core applications.
- high impact to the business as this computing privileged access is required by Client staff and Client business partners globally, to enable them to carry out their work.
- Required to be provided in a timely and compliant manner to ensure that Clients staff can work effectively whilst using only the computing services required for them to carry out the tasks required by their role.
- Working with global customers and other members of the I&AM team (Located in UK, US, CR, Poland and Malaysia),
- Involved in the evaluation, specification and improvement of processes and new services supported by the Team,
- Reporting to the IT Manager, Privileged Access Services,
- Support of service in reference to: provision/de-provision of privileged accounts in AD, Unix, AS400, Lotus Notes, VSED, ACS Mainframe environments; create, modify, issue RSA tokens; phone/IM support for privileged access customers when required; improve the service.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service skills,
- Support of EIS/ITSS/IAM/PAP goals and objectives,
- Highly process oriented work practices,
- Higher Education Qualifications (Bachelor’s Degree Level preferred),
- Good computing skills (Windows OS, Internet Explorer),
- Good knowledge regarding Office 2007/2013/2016 application,
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)-> B2/C1
- Good interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills,
- Effective communicator ,
- Ability to function as a team player within a matrix organization,
- Demonstrated ability to develop alternative, creative solutions to service issues,
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data in an appropriate manner.
