Our Client, stable and international production facilities manufacturing near Legnica, is currently looking for IT Specialist.
Your new role
You will be part of global IT support team - as a IT Specialist (Operations & Support) your role will be ensuring proper operation so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. Responsibilities includes receiving, prioritising, documenting and actively resolving help request. You will monitor, test and report on hardware, software and network resources to ensure high level of performance, security and integrity as well as ensure data security and record, track and document Service Desk request problem-solving process. You will be responsible for providing technical support for users, ensuring full efficiency of IT systems using the SAP.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a candidate with Bachelor’s degree (preferable in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline) and 2-3 years’ experience on similar position. Strong English skills are expected due to necessity of communicating effectively with colleagues and understanding of advances in computer technology. Experience working in a SAP environment will be valuable and needed.
