We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role: IT Solutions Analyst
We are looking for candidates for our client with the banking sector.
You will be a part of a Commercial Banking (CMB) team in Krakow. As the Solutions Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and refining business needs and translating these into IT requirements. You will be expected to work throughout the project lifecycle where you will have an opportunity to infuence the way the solution is implemented.
Your usual day will include the following responsibilities:
• Translating business needs into IT requirements to facilitate the progression of a project
• Analyzing and defining appropriate IT solutions
• Working closely with product owners and architects
• Assessing the usability and potential of new requests and provide proposals and solutions to the business that meet business requirements
• Forming relationships with stakeholders both from business and IT
• Documenting relevant solutions proposals into appropriate artefacts
• Negotiating and influencing project scope, including the assessment of proposed change
• Producing accurate software delivery estimates
• Ensuring technology solutions align with global software delivery architecture principles
• Looking at opportunities to reduce the complexity of the IT enterprise and reduction in costs
• Reporting progress and identifying and raising any issues/risks, escalating as appropriate to enable satisfactory resolution
In the IT Solution Analyst role you should be able to demonstrate:
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Experience in IT Business or Systems Analysis Role
• Experience in working with remote teams
• Experience of working with standard or agile development methodologies or equivalent industry standard (good to have)
• Capable to work on daily basis in English
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
• Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
• Prior working experience of commercial banking will be an advantage but not a must
