For our Client, well-known company in Gdańsk, we are currently looking for an IT Administration Specialist.
In the position of IT Administration Specialist you willensure locally compliance with all Corporate IT standards, policies, and processes. What's more, you will support the provision of Corporate IT services at the company by executing the local part of the service process. You will be responsible for implementation and delivery of additional local IT services to meet local company requirements not covered by Corporate IT services. On a daily basis, you will provide technical support or training for systems and network. Additionally, you will Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.) You will performtroubleshooting, repairs and data restoration. Furthermore, you will maintain licenses and upgrade schedules.
To be successful in this role you need to have anexperience in IT infrastructure technology with focus on desktop computing (Microsoft platform and products; Office 365, Outlook). We are looking for someone experienced in user and help desk support with solid knowledge of IT systems and applications. You should be able to troubleshoot and repair issues. Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration is an asset.
