Main tasks:
You will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience. A person in this position need to understand the customer’s issue and ensure that a resolution is provided in a timely and effective manner. Also you will be taking care of ticket management - opening tickets for employees when needed, prompt ticket follow up and resolution.

Requirements:
We’re looking for a person with fluent French language and intermediate English language. We expect form a person in this role quick learning ability with the willingness to adapt to a wide range of situations. You need to be open to working shifting schedules and have basic knowledge of networking/IT infrastructure
