On behalf of our Client – one of the biggest financial holdings, we are looking for French Speakers to join Shared Service Centre located in Cracow.
In this role, you will provide remote 1 stline support to end-users. Your duties will include analyzing problems related to software and hardware, monitoring incidents in ticketing systems and contacting end-users via phone and emails.
We are looking for motivated candidates, who speak French on at least B2 level and have good English skills as well. Previous experience is an asset, however it is not required. In this position you should also present well-developed communication skills, attention to details and organised approach to work.
