Your new role
You will be expected to monitor malware-threat using “Symantec Threat Reporter”, “Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager”. Within the role you will be responsible for improvement threat reaction / threat prevention and client support. You will support client management team. One of your core duty will be to react to threat reports by initiating defined counter measures and informing users.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with experience on similar role with previous career path. As you will be responsible for monitoring malware-threat using Symantec, it is expected that you have experience in using and administrating at least one of the following: Symantec Endpoint Protection, Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager, Microsoft System Center Endpoint Protection (MSCEP). An ideal Candidate has got experience in installation, troubleshooting and administration Windows XP, Windows 7 or higher. You are expected to have a knowledge around client hardware and software. As you will be a part of an international team you need to speak English very good.
