For our Client, international global company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in the position of IT Risk Business Analyst.
Your new role
Holding this position you will cooperate with Senior Management in order to spread the awareness and engagement around operational risk identification and mitigation & accountability for compliance. You will support on decision when dispensations or risk acceptances are required and drive adoption of workflow processes. You will provide guidance on regulatory requirements for area of responsibility and support driving business awareness of appropriate policies and controls and required compliance locally. Also, you will support implementation of IT Risk tools and manage relationship with local Stakeholders/Heads of IT. Moreover, you will be liaison with 2nd and 3rd line of defense including IT Security, Operational Risk, Compliance, ISR, Audit etc.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you must have relevant experience as Business Analyst with demonstrable knowledge in operational risk management, internal control, or internal/external audit preferably within a banking operations and/or IT Function. You must have experience and understanding of types of risk technology as well as have process management skills with a solid delivery track record driving change. Moreover, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to influence without direct management authority and be a self-starter. Due to work in international environment you must have fluent knowledge of English language.
