Opis stanowiska
Main Tasks:
- Searching and selecting qualified candidates within the IT industry
- Ability to source passive candidates through networking
- Executing phone and face to face interviews
- Developing and maintaining the database and relationships with candidates
- Participation in internet forum, discussions, chats and blogs related to IT
- Representing the company in contact with universities
- Negotiating contracting conditions
- Demonstrating consistent performance in achieving targets
- You are NOT responsible for business development BUT you should be a very convincing person

Wymagania
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (as employee or trainee)
- At least 6 months of experience in IT (General knowledge of IT Technologies and Market)
- Very good English level
- University degree
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to memorize and learn fast
- Flexibility and autonomy
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Real plus will be to have a relevant IT networking in linkedin, goldenline or equivalent
