For Our Client, international company, we are looking for the outstanding person for the position of IT/Telco Recruiter
Your new role
The person on this position will be responsible for: managing the whole recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and hiring the best talent in IT area, as well handle all operational activities regarding the entire employee life cycle. The person on this position will close collaborate with Hiring Managers
What you'll need to succeed
We require at least 2 year of experience in recruitment area in IT/Telco sector, fluent English, knowledge of recruitment techniques, alternative sourcing channels incl. direct search, knowledge of current industry trends. The best Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, pro-active attitude, initiative and ability to work as a team member.
