We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
IT Project Manager
Location: Kraków
The Regulatory Project Manager is required to manage all aspects of day to day Reg projects including analysis, design, integration, development and testing towards delivering the Solution for the business.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage the entire project life cycle (from initiation to post implementation review) and take responsibility for the delivery of all components of the project released into Production, and for ensuring the live system is able to be supported in line with standards
Have an up-to-date, end to end project plan and key project deliverables are identified, agreed and change controlled
Publish the plan and regular progress reports, tracking actual results against milestones
Manage risks and issues proactively, track, mitigate and escalate
Ensure accurate and up-to-date project cost management
Ensure all non-managed project resources (Infrastructure, DBA’s, websphere team etc.) are fully engaged and deliver to agreed timescales
Management of project financials and reporting to the Programme
Ensuring all releases are properly tested, have SLAs, are signed off by the respective parties and the business, and do not adversely impact live
Ensure identified documentation is kept up to date, i.e. project, architecture and support. and change management is imposed
Collaborate with the business to help produce clear and unambiguous user acceptance plans
Communicate business requirements to the development and testing team
Assist the business in prioritising the UAT test approach
Scope and change management and the associated impact analysis
Status reporting to both internal project teams and wider audiences
Work closely with Solution architect to split requirements by partner systems/vendor
Support Testing – test plan review, defects analysis and triage
Manage the translation of technical functional specifications into development and test plans
Requirements:
3+ years Project Management experience
3+ years Agile project management particularly when used in a globally diverse situation
Project Management experience within financial industry for Regulatory initiatives
Experience with JIRA
Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
Clarity, Open Workbench
Ability to work in a customer facing environment in order to evaluate complex requirements to design the most appropriate solution
Good analysis and design skills
Maintain existing design documentation and create new documents
Ability to manage and maintain relationships with the Business Teams and to influence and negotiate with our partners
Experience of Regulatory Project Delivery
