Description

Currently, we are looking for an IT Project Manager who will carry out a project for our Client - one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world, providing a comprehensive range of financial services to around 60 million customers.

 

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the end to end delivery of the implementation of software. You will be working with a large number of different stakeholders, understanding their needs, managing their expectations, providing with regular feedback etc.

 

Your usual day will include the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing and maintaining project plans
  • Taking part in the projects from the banking area
  • Working closely with various stakeholders located in different places in the world
  • End to end project management including activities Project Management: Project planning, Project size, effort and schedule estimation, Project monitoring, Budget tracking, Project status reporting and Risk Management
  • Coordinating cooperation between groups such as Business Analysts, Architects, Developers etc.

 

Requirements

In the Project Management role you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Project management skills and experience
  • Examples of the successful delivery of the projects on time and on budget
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Experience in working with remote teams
  • Capable of working on daily basis in English
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
  • Prior working experience of commercial banking will be an advantage but not a must
  • Knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology will be taken as advantage
