IT Project Manager (m/f)
The IT Project Manager will manage a variety of IT projects to help deliver business benefits from Information Technology in the global business organization. The successful candidate will join the Global Application Team and will focus mainly on implementation of the reporting tool. Additional projects will add to the portfolio to be managed by Project Manager.

Our Client is an international company, a global player in the food industry, leader in its sector. The company is currently developing new solutions for its branch in Poland.
Description
- Manage full lifecycle of IT projects globally in the Company Group,
- Define detailed projects' structure,
- Secure appropriate project staffing and managing resources,
- Deliver projects according to agreed timelines, costs and quality,
- Report on the project progress to stakeholders,
- Responsible for managing project risks and project changes,
- Prepare and run effective steering committee meetings,
- Manage the relations with business to ensure the delivery according to the plan and expectations,
- Work on the development and improvement of project delivery models.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent,
- Strong experience as Project Manager with wide projects' portfolio - experience in complex IT projects delivered for large organizations,
- Ability to deliver on time and within budget high quality final products,
- Portfolio of successful implementations of ERP, CRM and Analytics projects,
- Ability to manage a portfolio of projects,
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels,
- Experience in sourcing best IT solutions for the business,
- Knowledge and work experience with QlikView,
- Knowledge of project management methodology,
- Business acumen and business understanding,
- Excellent English communication skills,
- Open minded approach and ability to work with different functional levels and diverse teams,
- Highly motivated and able to prioritize and execute tasks effectively within tight schedules,
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally,
- Professional experience from the foods or consumer goods industry will be a strong advantage.
