Opis stanowiska pracy
As IT project manager you are responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of our software development with currently 7 employees located in Krakow (Poland).
Your tasks
- You are responsible for implementation, quality and deadlines
- You fulfill an important interface function between management, internal developers, testers and external service providers
- Plan, structure and prioritize project tasks
- Check all work results in the projects and report to management
- Lead the team technically to achieve the project goals
- Evaluate the project-related performance of project team members
- Further develop our existing project management methodology
- Be a competent sparring partner for specialists and managers
Wymagania
Requirements
• Successfully completed studies with commercial content, marketing, business information, computer science or comparable courses of studies (from an accredited university / college)
• Good knowledge in project and process management. At least 2 years experience with approaches and methods in problem solving and software development.
• Very high communication and team skills
• Very high personal initiative and high drive to push things forward, as well as foresighted thinking
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Good to very good knowledge of German in word and writing are a plus
• Willingness to travel
• Experience with Kanban, Jira and the following technologies are advantageous: PHP, Laravel, Javascript, Jenkins, Docker, Nodejs, AWS
