IT Product Support Manager

We are searching for a IT Product Support Manager who will work under the owner's supervision. Successful candidates will render a variety of services to our Airlines Partners through knowledge of organization and IT products. Perfect candidates will pride themselves on their professionalism.

Main duties:

• Day-to-day Product Management in contact with the Customer,

• Programming updates and enhancements of existing products,

• Writing scenarios and testing (regression tests, functional tests),

• Preparing new releases of the previously tested software updates,

• Providing Customer Support in foreign languages,

• Resolving customer questions and requests, by setting correct parameters in the system,

• Data migration from other systems into the Complyance Database, developing new migration tools, and setting parameters in our rule based system,

• Participating in the new development of Web Applications/Site using a L5G language type (WebDev from PC Soft).

Requirements:

• Multi-task oriented and Open-minded attitude,

• Excellent communication skills,

• Computer Science education and the willingness of self development in the IT airline industry,

• Dedication, drive, and enthusiasm,

• Problem solving abilities,

• English is mandatory,

• Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 R2 and SQL Language, Admnistration of IIS 7 and Windows server.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of PC SOFT particularly WebDev,

• French language skills.
