For our Client, well-known financial institution located in Krak贸w, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of IT Portfolio Manager.
Your new role
Holding this role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Project Portfolio with particular focus on High Profile projects, securing the budget during the planning phase, managing change request, proactively producing relevant and timely MI to support all Stakeholders as well as managing the Project Pipeline, collecting and reviewing requirements, providing analysis, support and query resolution. Moreover, your duties will also include data analysis, assessing and reviewing existing processes and also building and supporting continuous close working relationships with all Stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess experience in working in project development lifecycle context as well as knowledge of using relevant software packages, i.e. Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel). A track record of gaining an understanding customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service, delivering significant change which improves business effectiveness in sustainable ways and successful budget management is also required from you. Fluent English is a must.
