On behalf of our Client, international company, establishing new SSC in to provide finance and accounting services from Gdańsk, we are currently recruiting for the position of IT Operations Manager / IT Coordinator.
This personwill beresponsible to direct the provision of the complete range of computer and network services required by the business.The job requires significant experience in managing the delivery of technical services, together with project management experience in technical infrastructure areas.
One of the main accountabilities is to identify the requirementsfor IT – based services that exist across the business. IT Operations Manager has aknowledgeof Desktop PCs, laptops, tablet PCs, printers, scanners, Modems, NIC, sound cards,and every other equipment needed within SSC.
He or She offers support for all licensed software, installing and troubleshooting all software “Break-Fix” issues;
Has overall knowledge of Operating Systems – Windows 9x, Windows NT, Windows 2000, XP, Microsoft Active Directory, Network Technology – Understanding LAN topology, protocols, routers, hubs & switches;
Also ensures testing, certifying, and deploying within IT, within the business, and with our external partners;
and has knowledge of IPX, TCP/IP, FTP, NFS, DNS, DHCP/BOOTP and TCP/IP addressing; Microsoft Applications– MS Office Suites, McAfee Anti-Virus, Adobe Products – Acrobat Reader/Writer, WinZip & Ghost.
Some of the Quality Assurance responsibilities includes supporting Quality Management System implementation and ensuring its maintenance in order to obtain/maintain a 3rd party certification.
