Description
We are looking for IT Operations Engineer to join our worldwide Operations team focused on provides consulting, development, customization and integration services for international clients around the world.
IT Operations Engineer has a key role to manage operations for Bespoke applications: deployment, environments
implementation (Production, Staging and Tests), incident/change/problem management as well as optimization and automation by applying devops practices.
Main tasks
- Plan & coordinate Product releases rollout on the different platforms
- Plan & coordinate client data loads & deployments
- Coordinate activities in order to ensure deliveries on Production on target dates but also to assure all deployments are in compliance with Production stability and security
- Provide accurate and in time information to all teams involved or dependent of releasing process
- Able to propose industry standard automation tools for deployment, monitoring, alerting
- Analyze internal requirements for development of new or improvement of existing internal tools
- Design technical solutions and perform feasibility studies
- Align deployment process for all Bespoke (BSS) deployment centers and platforms
- Collaborate with BSS team to make sure that the development strategy is in-line with the deployment automation needs
Requirements
- At least 3-5 year working experience developing/maintaining complex IT solutions
- Proficient in Object Oriented programming concepts
- Proficient in C# (with proven working experience)
- Knowledge on .Net Architecture and Application server
- Knowledge on MS Windows systems and network administration
- Knowledge on VMWare
- Good understanding of the build and release process
- Good knowledge of T-SQL language
- Knowledge of Internet protocols and applications
- Cloud computing experience
- Devops capabilities : ELK, Containerization, automated deployment tools etc.
- Ability to use scripting programming languages
- English C1
- Permission to work in Poland is required
Optional skills
- Microsoft IIS server administration is a plus
- MongoDb administration and query language knowledge is a plus
- Linux/Unix systems administration knowledge is a plus
