we are currently looking for:
IT Operations Analyst
Your responsibilities:
- Prioritize and monitor events for global infrastructure components
- Follow procedures to identify Critical incidents, direct support teams and problem-solve
- Facilitate technical conference bridges with guidance and assistance of other teams
- Process improvement and incident reduction via root cause analyses and problem management
- Cooperate with other teams to onboard more applications into the EMEC process
- Local IT support assistance
Your profile:
- Roughly 4 years of IT experience
- 2 years experience in a monitoring/escalation role
- Excellent English (B2/C1) & At least communicative German (B1/B2)
- Knowledge of various remote solutions, hardware and IT systems
- You bloom in a fast-paced environment, working under preasure
