IT Manager of Entertainment park

We are looking for a hands on IT manger to build, maintain and support a new state of the art leisure facility in the Warsaw area.The role will be tasked with building, operating and supporting our software solutions and our hardware and networking (LAN & Wan). The IT manager will form a team that will need to support the park operation 365 days a year.
Responsibilities:
- Manage information technology and computer systems.
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees.
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
- Handle budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Working experience as an IT manager.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data centre management and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Ability to manage personnel.
- BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field.
- Strong English skills.
