At the moment we are looking for:

- Be responsible for a Profit and Loss unit, realize mission and Sii core objectives
- Build the company offering in the area IT infrastructure services (servers, databases, operating systems, network)
- Define offering strategy:
- Services
- Solutions
- Cooperation with vendors
- Focus on defined market segments
- Define marketing strategy. Plan and execute the following:
- Promotional activities on the company website
- Leaflets and other promotional materials
- Build Sii brand as a trustworthy solutions provider
- Constant market monitoring
- Supervise the sales activity of dedicated sales people
- Support Sales and Presales activities within the organization
- Manage delivery of services under his/her responsibility in the areas: risks, budget, quality assurance, methodology, controlling, reporting and planning. Organize and lead the work of the delivery teams
- HR/Team management
- Cooperate with other company units: sales, finance, back-office, PMO, legal
- Ambitious Leader
- Experience in management of a unit responsible for providing IT infrastructure services
- Thorough understanding and in-depth knowledge on system, database, network and cloud related technologies
- Wide knowledge about IT services market, knowledge of competition and clients
- Good sales and presales skills
- Relevant experience in IT services business (at least 10 years), experience gained in IT services provider
- Experience in managing programs, project portfolios and IT services
- Dynamic and very ambitious person, not afraid of challenges
- Good organization of work and excellent skills to manage people
- Positive energy, ability to energize others
- Passion, deep and authentic excitement about work
- Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer
- Nice and open-minded
- Ability to understand customer’s problems and create solutions in response
- Ability to sell high level consulting services and win large deals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Drive and ambition to win and deliver contracts, strong focus on target
- Able to recruit top level subordinate team, build close contact / partnership / open-minded relation with them and closely monitor subordinates KPI, help them to perform and win
- Fluent English proficiency
- Own team, Profit and Loss responsibilities with high decision-making freedom
- Permanent job contract (fix + bonuses depending on business results)
