Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
They are one of the global food leaders, focussing on supplying people all around the globe and serving over a billion people a day.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Incident Analyst, you will be responsible for all communication with the 2nd and 3rd line resolutions teams. This is to deliver a customer-minded approach that provides all the needs and requirements for a professional service desk experience to their customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities as a Incident Analyst are:
- Being up to date with all changes in the systems used
- Being of help to all incoming service requests from customers and managing these on-going incident relationships
- Providing password management and user account management
- Responsible for all software and application troubleshooting
- Using all data obtained from to Service Desk to identity common customer issues
REQUIREMENTS
The job requirements for the position Incident Analyst are:
- BSc in IT, Computer Science or Informatics
- 2-4 years work experience in the IT sector
- Previous experience with ITIL processes
- Excellent communication skills, translating IT-knowledge to stakeholders is part of the job
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Dutch and English, written and verbal
