IT Helpdesk Specialist
We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join to our IT Helpdesk team.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT-related help to our internal users
- Keep our desktops up-to-date with the latest updates; identify and resolve problems
- Train computer users, create internal documentation; enforce the IT security policy
- Setup computers for new employees
- Help with ongoing internal projects which might include: Maintaining content on our websites, Web research, Finding, reproducing and reporting bugs in our software
Required skills
- Fluent written and spoken English – C1
- Communication and logical skills to resolve problems throughout the organization
- Completed education in IT/Computer Science
- Previous profesional experience in IT Helpdesk – min 2 years
- Power-user level knowledge of the Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office environment
- Experience with computer hardware maintenance
- Ability to work under pressure
- Programming/scripting skills – eg. Powershell
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN network
Beneficial Skills
- Basic level knowledge of the computer networks, Voice over IP – SIP
- Experience with administration of Windows Server, Debian Linux
- Ready to work on shifts 8-20 – 8 hours per day
