On behalf of our Client, leading International Technology Company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates interested in full-time employment as Customer Helpdesk Engineers with German and English.
While workingon this position you will be responsible for providing support for customers' via e-mail or telephone, solving IT related issues, prioritizing tasks, using ticketing system, preparing analysis, providing feedback to users, supporting team members, maintaining high standards of customer service according to procedures.
Successful Candidateshould be fluent in German, have working knowledge of English. Must have experience in using MS Office tools and very good computer skills. Previous experience in IT field, degree in Computer Science or customer service experience would bea strong asset. We are looking for several candidates with strong communication and solving-problems skills who are quick learners and self-motivated to solve customers’ issues.
