On behalf of our Client, leading global technology and IT companyoperating from about 30 countries, we are currently looking for candidates interested in full-time employment as IT Customer Helpdesk Support with Danishfor Krakow branch.

While workingon this position you will be responsible for solving IT related issues such as: responding for customer’s queries via calls, e-mails, prioritising tasks, using ticketing system, preparing documents, providing feedback to users, supporting team members, maintaining high standards of customer service up to procedures.
Successful Candidateshould be fluent in Danish and have working knowledge of English, hold university or college degree. Must have experience in using MS Office tools and very good computer skills. Previous experience in IT field would be perceived as a strong asset.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication and solving-problemsskills who are quick learnersand self-motivated to solve customer’s issues, able to work as a team members, have customer facing and problem-solving skills. Candidate should also be highly committed and motivated to achieve organizational goals.
