IT help desk

Responsibilities:
- IT support – 1. Level support for users in 10-15 countries
- IT support – User administration, Follow up on support tasks
- ensure to keep number of open incidents on an acceptable level
- preparing IT documentation
- service desk communication incl. service windows
- management reporting – service desk activities
- experience in IT supporting or similar IT basic knowledge
- fluency in English
- eager to learn new technologies
- positive, open attitude
- problem-solving and customer-service skills
- previous experience in IT service environment will be a asset
- familiarity with Microsoft tools
