Location: Poznań

For our Client, international company, which provides consulting and outsourcing services in IT area, we are currently looking for qualified Candidates for the position of:

IT HELP DESK with English
Location: Poznań
Nr ref.: WR/10/JKN

Responsibilities:
• Resolving technical problems and providing support for customer’s end users
• Coordinating relationships with broad range of clients and providing problem resolution
• Responding to requests for technical assistance by phone or email
• Diagnosing computer or application errors

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of technical experience in IT area is a must
• Excellent English is a must
• Help desk, customer service or support experience with problem solving would be an asset
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work various shifts
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
