IT Bussines Analyst with ETL Informatica

The Technical IT Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders responsible for Information Security, as well as various partners within the IT organization. He/she must demonstrate the problem-solving attitude and be able to drive change, propose robust solutions and communicate them to all interested parties verbally and in writing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong (5 years plus) experience in design, development, implementation, administration, troubleshooting and support of ETL process using Informatica.
- Design and manage mapping templates to support ETL process.
- Tuned performance of high volume data loads.
- Motivated to take independent responsibilities.
- Experience in designing, developing and implementing extraction, transformation and load techniques on multiple database platforms and operating system environments.
- Involved in the design, development and maintenance of database for data conversion projects.
SKILLS
MUST
- Designed the ETL process using Informatica Power centre, Oracle, SQL
- DBA experience in managing, monitoring and troubleshooting Postgres database.
- Experience in cloud (Microsoft Azure) technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis from both functional and technical perspectives and documentation.
- Worked on performance tuning, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks on various levels like sources, targets mapping.
- Experience as an architect in mapping designer and transformation developer.
- Developed all mapping, session and workflows according to the design need.
- Extensive experience in implementation of data clean-up procedure, transformations, scripts and execution of test plan for loading the data successfully into the target.
- Proficient in data quality management and data quality check methodology.
- Excellent analytical and programming skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Good understanding and working experience of Agile and DevOps model.
- You have experience with database technologies (preferably Oracle including PLSQL) or with ETL and system integration tools (such as Informatica Power Centre or related)
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
NICE TO HAVE
- You may have worked with an Enterprise Data Catalog tools (such as Informatica EDC, Waterline)
