IT Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious candidates for the position of IT Business Analyst for our client, an IT company with an established position in the market.
Your new role
On this position you will be involved in: stakeholder management, perform end user studies and end user, process definitions, pre-studies, modelling and design ideation to find the optimal solution and requirement management of IT solutions. You will be also responsible for securing that the requirements can be understood by both Business and IT, and used by application development team as well as for organizing and leading User Acceptance Demo and User Acceptance Test meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
The IT Business Analyst must have a good understanding of the business goals and stakeholder needs when working with a service or solution. You need to have at least 2+ years of experience as a IT Business Analyst, confident and strong communication skills – both oral and written in English, analytical thinking and problem solving mindset. It is also important to be a good team player – you must be able to work with people at different levels of the organization and in a global team. Previous experience in software development and/or maintenance and application data modeling, activity diagrams will be beneficial.
