On behalf of our Client, growing international banking company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in IT Banking Products Development Leader role.
Your new role
As IT Banking Product Development Leader you will cooperate with international Business and Sales Leads to define requirements regarding the product and Process Owners to drive functional sponsorship. You will drive the front to back IT development schedule to ensure functional requirements are joined up to provide a workable solution and document the product launch or release plan on a weekly basis. You will be responsible for building relationships with regional regulatory bodies and driving the Operating Model design for each functional and product release to ensure all impacted parties fully understand their role in the process. You will also represent the company at clearing house calls related to the CCP product launch. Moreover, you will ensure the front office Client Solutions operating model and process design is fully supported through training and testing.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you must have min. 2-4 years of relevant experience in managing IT delivery as a Process Owner or Project Lead in banking industry. You must have strong business analysis skills as well as project planning and management skills. Also, you should be willing and motivated to speak up in meetings, have ability to be independent and creative thinker. Additionally, you must have good understanding of investment banking industry and knowledge about OTC rates business together with operational process experience. Having experience in OTC products and OTC Clearing would be your strong asset. Due to cooperation in international teams you must have fluent English language skills.
