IT Analyst

Position Description
- Conduct analysis and collate findings for proposed solutions using various communication methods.
- Extract business requirements and translate those into a clear set of understood and documented functional requirements.
- Conduct data analysis where appropriate to facilitate requirements or expose system issues.
- Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure specialists, business analysts and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
- Determine and design required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them.
Position Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience as IT/System Analyst.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and software development methodologies.
- Experience with agile software development.
Personal Requirements
- Excellent communication in English (both written and spoken).
- Comfortable working to deadlines.
- Very good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Hands-on mentality.
