Your new role
As an IT Analyst/Developer, you deeply understand the customers' needs and carry the vision of the product to be developed and mandated by the organization and the stakeholders to make this vision a reality by translating it into a product that bears maximum value for the organization.This position reports to Chapter Leader for Modern Workplace.You will have the following responsibilities:
- Estimate, plan, manage, report progress and complete all of your tasks.
- Collaborate closely with all the other members of the team. Take shared responsibility for the overall efforts & commitments of the team.
- Own the quality of the tasks that you produce
- Interact with the ecosystem (final users, customers, stakeholders, Product Owners, Managers) to clarify any of the requirements.
Your main stakeholders will be:Internal
- Peers’ Product Team Developers.
- Product Team’s Product Owner & Manager (if applicable).
- Chapter Leader.
- IT & Data community.
- Markets, Functions/Commons users of the product.
- Service providers.
- Industry network and peers.
What you'll need to succeed
- You have at least Bachelor’s/ equivalent in IT area.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant hands on work experience in deployment/management/support of Identity and Access enterprise platforms based on Microsoft technologies and other technologies for large organizations and complex projects.
- You have a good knowledge of on-premise solutions - Active Directory/Microsoft Identity Manager.
- You have good knowledge of cloud solutions - Active Directory/Azure/SSO/Microsoft Identity Manager.
- You have good knowledge on solutions like – Microsoft Office 365/ Microsoft OneDrive
- You have a high client oriented attitude.
- Creative thinking and innovation in proposing ideas.
- You are reliable, independent and responsible in action.
- You have scripting experience.
- You build relationships easily.
- You are open for different cultures.
- You are fluent in English.
