IT Analyst is responsible for providing daily systems support for internal clients (especially Pensions Finance and Accounts team).The main responsibilities for the Technical Analyst also include ensuring that defects are fixed and technical issues are resolved in accordance with SLA's.

Requirements:
- Experience supporting financial (cash) systems; familiarity with frameworks of inter-banking communication.
- Experience in programming and systems analysis, VBA programming and support of Excel plugins/modules.
- Working knowledge of UNIX system and SQL (running DTS packages on SQL Server 2000; ODBC).
- Good understanding of Windows-based applications architecture (DLLs, INI files, help files).
- Fluency in English.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
