Opis stanowiska
• demonstrating value of Company to the very comfortable approaching prospective clients
• You manage all aspects of client relationships, creating new leads, selling, negotiating, contracting and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• You will retain sole ownership for establishing contact, creating demand, qualifying opportunities and closing the deal on behalf of the consultant team
• You work with the general manager to ensure the company development and management in the region
Wymagania
• University degree, business or technical background
• A proven track record of sales in IT
• Experience in selling IT consultancy, services or projects into corporate clients at a senior level
• Working knowledge of projects and outsourcing sales cycle dynamics
• Ability to interview, recruit and review employees performance
• A self starter, you seek autonomy, challenge and the opportunity to make your mark and become a keep player within a growing, dynamic business
• Fluent knowledge of English and Polish
