Opis stanowiska pracy

Dla naszego klienta w Poznaniu, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Inżyniera Wsparcia IT.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Receive and record technical and/or application support queries from end-users.
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and basic hardware problems. When unable to resolve, escalate to second or third level in accordance with escalation processes.
  • Monitor incoming requests and respond to queries either in person or remotely over the phone or remotely.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Expand the knowledge base, create technical documentation and user manuals

 
Basic Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of desktop operating systems – both Mac OSX and Windows
  • Experience supporting Windows 7, OSX, Microsoft Office 2003 or later, basic hardware issues, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices (iOS / Android based) both in person and remotely.
  • Knowledge of multiple desktop programs, configuration and debugging techniques.
  • Experience with TCP/IP and general networking issues.
  • Experience supporting Windows Domain and Exchange environment
  • Experience with public key infrastructure (PKI)
  • Strong work ethic, detail oriented as well as excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Polish)
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the improvement of the infrastructure
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills, successful in working both independently and in a team environment.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Polish language

 
Preffered Requirements:

  • Experience providing superior customer service and support
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
