International Sales Support Coordinator

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordination and connecting business leads of international and national business in order to get the maximum benefit from the global structure and business relations of Adecco,
  • Full support for the local colleagues to get useful information and provide advice on international relationships,
  • Work on Top Clients List to leverage business, gather local data and support business improvement,
  • Gathering all the necessary information (job description, type of service, salary, etc.) in order to facilitate the understanding of the request,
  • Exchanging information and taking care of using best practices with other countries having business with a specific client,
  • Pro-active involvement of the planned offering process,
  • Work together with the Sales Owner on the pricing strategy of the opportunity (i.e. preparing offer), making sure of following the right process approval, and defines steps to take in a constancy coordination with the Bid Team,
  • Coordination process with all parties involved to reach agreement (legal, commercial, etc.),
  • Gathering all the international sales business knowledge in order to be able to provide pro-active information and support to national sales,
  • Data, materials and communication distribution,
  • Organize national visits with clients, arrange internal meetings.

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

  • About 2 years of experience in administration of sales project or in a sales support position,
  • Problem-solving skills, able to connect fact and develop ideas into practical recommendations,
  • Proven track record of working on multiple projects/assignments at the same time,
  • Fluent in Polish and English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point),
  • Proactive attitude, with openness to absorb sector knowledge quickly,
  • A proven client service mentality, pro-active, creative with an emphasis on quality and responsiveness; able to voice his/her opinion,
  • Excellent team work cooperation.
