THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.
This company is a producer and vendor of Feed ingredients. Ensuring the highest quality is priority number one, to deliver healthy food for healthy pets. In this role, you would be building your own portfolio and developing your own category management.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Sales Manager, you bear responsibility for your own category. You develop the business plan, the budgets and then proceed to execute your own plans. For this, you know how to think strategically as well as practically. You are strict on yourself, disciplined, and your experience in Sales make sure you join the company while already having knowledge of the Feed Industry. From day one, you start working independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Building new international business relations
• Key account managing of existing accounts within your sector
• Market mapping, you spot new opportunities
• Price setting and price negotiations
• Keeping the needs of the customer in mind as #1 priority
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree, either HBO or WO
• Experience in the Feed industry of at least 4 years
• Proactive, disciplined personality
• Capable of working independently while reporting to the Sales Director
• Creative, showing initiative
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
