Based: Primarily in Katowice, Poland with limited trips to London, Europe and USA (Visa application must be made).
Reporting to: CEO, managed in Poland by Operations Director
Working days: Mainly 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Term: 12 month Contract, 2 week notice period, 20 days holiday
Duties
1. Maintaining online office systems, including data management and filing (online places).
2. Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to assist at events, meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
3. Check voicemail and screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
4. Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
5. Carrying out background research and presenting findings
6. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
7. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
8. Managing preparation of basic client contracts from template and invoices to clients
9. Testing of games and apps that we build
10. Taking key client tasks and requests and making sure that we respond.
