International Contracts Analyst (m/f)

Client Details
Our client, a major multinational company operating in the manufacturing and industry sector with growing operations in Europe, is looking for a highly professional and flexible candidate for the role International Contracts Analyst. This individual will be responsible for supporting Sales Managers responsible for cooperation with global clients. Following this project, the candidate will have the opportunity to play significant role in terms of cooperation with company's global clients.
Description
- Collecting and analyzing all data centers and financial resources needed
- for business decision-making in terms of contracts of cooperation
- Providing support in terms of analysis for Sales Managers responsible
- for cooperation with global clients
- Monitor and provide status reports on contracts, and follow up on contract deliverables
- Managing international commercial contracts in terms of their completeness, consistency and compliance with Group standards
- Ensuring proper communication between entities within the group, cooperating
- with certain global customers
- Administering the process flow of trade documentation related to global customers and its archiving
- Implementation of methods, tools and reports in purpose of improving the process of managing international contracts
Profile
- University degree is required
- At least 2 years of experience in managing international commercial contracts
- (analysis, compliance) or in managing similar role
- Good understanding of underlying business processes in terms of management of
- international contracts
- Action-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to absorb and apply new ideas and concepts
- Well-organized with good analytic skills
- Project management skills are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in an international team
- Fluent English is required
