For our Client an international Industrial Automation provider, we are looking forInternational Admin Support with English and German languages
Your new role
To main duties on this role will be to ensure that customers are satisfied with company's services and that expectation levels are managed successfully. To ensure that all orders are accurately invoiced and check if the materials are correct on all repair and supply jobs. You will interface with customers, providing information on delivery expectation, ability to expedite orders, delivery tracking. You will provide regular information to assist management with decision making, make recommendations to management on business development activities and/or any issues You will also assist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints, and ensure that they are dealt with customers’ satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with at least intermediate level of English and German language, very good communication skills and attention to details.
