As an Internal Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling hardware and software support, installing and updating software, installing and replacing hardware, and providing technical support to end-users within the company.
Wymagania
Must-haves
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux OS
- Knowledge of application maintenance
- Advanced English skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to make presentations and record screencasts

- Reinstalling computers and hardware
- Handling hardware and software support
