On behalf of our Client, a start-up establishing its office in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Candidate for the position of Internal Recruiter.
Your new role
Holding the position of Recruiter you will conduct and coordinate end to end recruitment processes for the newly established GSS and be the first point of contact for agencies and external suppliers. The main focus will be to cooperate with line managers to identify the recruitment needs and plan the recruitment requirements. You will be responsible for building pipeline of candidates, scheduling meetings with them and participating in job interviews.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a University degree (preferably in human resources or related field) as well as knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment processes (preferably from Shared Service Centre). Fluency in English is required. The ideal Candidate will be a person with proactive attitude, strong organization and time management skills, able to interact with all levels of the organization.
