For our Client, international company expanding its operations in Krakow,we are seeking exceptional candidates to be part of its team as Internal Auditorresponsible for EMEA region.
The principal objectives of the internal audit function are to provide an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations. The internal audit function helpsthe organizationaccomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and the governance processes.
Key Accountabilitiesof Internal Auditor will beplanning, documenting and conducting audit assignments and projects together with the audit team; assisting the audit team and Senior Manager EMEA in the day to day relationship with the co-sourced audit team; performing balance sheet reviewsduring the audit projects. He/she will also be responsible forassisting the audit team in aligning its goals and objectives with those of the Senior Audit Manager; working with the team to plan and prepare for audits and projects through automated data analysis tools by reviewing available and relevant data; identifying profit improvement and cost saving opportunities; establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships between the corporate audit department and internal and external customers.
We expect the candidates to possessaccounting or finance degree, 1-2 years of external audit experience(preferably BIG 4),excellent analytical skills, strong ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objective, excellent written and spoken English
as well as willingness to travel freqvently (up to 70%)
