THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
This company discovers, develops and produces new innovative human therapeutics that improve the life expectancy of humanity.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The project manager will be involved in the reconfiguration of the ERP infrastructure of the organization. The project is managed in close collaboration with other work streams such as Tax, Finance and Legal departments. A previous project manager has established the project plan that needs to be managed and executed. You are accountable for the delivery of key deliverables.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and execute existing project plan is accordance to the knowledge transfer of the previous project manager
- Represent operations work streams
- Oversee and coordinate activities related to Ops involvement
- Keep stakeholders informed on project status
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master within Supply Chain or Logistics
- At least 5 years experience in project management (Preferably project management certification)
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and supply chain concepts
- Experience leading complex supply chain projects related to ERP changes
- Ability to navigate within an international matrix organization quickly
- Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)
- Analytical and pragmatic
- Demonstrated capacity to influence others in order to deliver results.
