THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Limburg Belgium.
It is a mid-sized company specialized in food ingredients.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
To cover for maternity leave, you will take over from the QA Manager and be responsible for all QA issues within the company. You will manage 1 Quality Assistant, who is charged with the administrative work. Your primary focus will be organizing and conducting audits, both internally and externally, and follow up on action points resulting from these, as well as complaint handling. Another focus is managing the BRC and IFS certification process and finish this process succesfully.
This is a temporary assignment from mid-January until early August, preferably for 5 days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage 1 Quality Assistant.
- Responsible for all QA related issues, in particular audits, continuous improvement and complaint handling.
- Manage the certification process of BRC and IFS.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Bio-Engineering, Biochemistry, Food Science or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with HACCP, BRC and IFS, preferably experience with implementing BRC/IFS from scratch.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
