Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.

The company aims at improving health of everyone around the world and to use science to prevented, intercept, treat, and cure disease.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Program Manager will be responsible for the management of different projects and programmes for e.g. the collection of required information, handeling the information and reporting to the right/relevant parties within the organisation. I am looking for a candidate who is an expert in programme and project management. You will assist project managers and to act as an internal consultant to advise and resolve issues in the area of project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational assistance:
- Just-in-time responsiveness to project needs
- Promote knowledge transfer and sharing initiatives
- Assist project recovery and financials

Advisory:
- Assist project managers in the start-up phase of projects
- Guide project management teams on techniques, deliverables and tasks
- Knowledge transfer on project management insights

Management:
- Decision making regarding resource allocation
- Ensure that team members and key users are optimised efficiently
- Prepare and monitor project plans
- Ensure that project risks are identified and dealt with efficiently
- Weekly reporting to C&G Director and leadership team
- Report key performance indicators of projects and project milestones
- Assist in the management of third party contributions the programmes and projects

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)
- Proven experience in programme and project management within a complex organisation
- Extensive knowledge on communication means and techniques
- Customer Focussed
- Self-starter
- Experience in a regulated industry (GMP)
- Advanced using different computer software in order to report professional document and present to executive audiences
