Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Limburg Netherlands.
Voor een middelgroot bedrijf in de voedingsindustrie ben ik momenteel op zoek naar een ervaren Interim Operations Manager met sterke ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie en daarbij ervaring met versproducten.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
De productielocatie bestaat momenteel op 60FTE. Het bedrijf heeft afgelopen jaren een grote groei meegemaakt. Momenteel is het bedrijf nog aan het zoeken om te werken met Lean. Verbeteringsprocessen zijn daarbij de grootste focus tijdens deze opdracht met een ook op efficientie, kostenbesparing en afvalreductie.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Aanbrengen structuur
-Verbetertrajecten/Lean
-Aansturen 60FTE
-Motiveren en coachen medewerkers
-Trainingen geven op het gebied van Continuous Improvement
-Begeleiden Productie- & Kwaliteitsmanager
REQUIREMENTS
-Minimaal 15 jaar ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een vereiste
-HBO Engineering of Voedingsmiddelentechnologie
-Ervaren met opzetten van verbetertrajecten, aantoonbare resultaten
-Aantoonbare ervaring met versproducten
